All items purchased on hendersonbaracco.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to shop@hendersonbaracco.com.
In order for the goods to be accepted, it is essential that they are returned in the condition in which they were received: they must not be damaged or have been worn; all external packaging and the original internal packaging should be returned; all tags and product identification labels must be attached.
From the time we receive the goods we reserve 14 working days before a refund is made to you. This will take place via the same payment method with which the order was placed.
Refunds include the full amount of the goods excluding import shipping costs and any customs duty

Delivery times for Henderson Baracco products are 2-4 days for Italy and Europe and 6-9 days for non-European countries, 24 hours after the date of receipt of the order. Shipping costs vary depending on the payment method indicated (Paypal, bank transfer, credit card or cash on delivery only in Italy).

When we receive the order, an authorized credit card check is carried out to make sure that there are sufficient funds for the transaction. The goods will not be sent until this check has been successfully concluded.
It is possible that payment will not be accepted for various other reasons, including the correctness of the data entered for the order, the card number, and its expiration date.

Not at all. You can shop around as much as you like and then decide not to complete your order even if you have added items to the cart.

Online prices include VAT or duties. Any local taxes, such as Sales Tax or Use Tax are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return, shipping costs and customs duties will not be re-credited.

After entering the data necessary for payment, you are directed to the purchase confirmation page, containing the number and date of the order. A message will inform you that the purchase procedure has been completed successfully. Finally, you will receive a recap e-mail containing the details of the order you have placed and confirmation that it has been correctly received. If you have not received any communication within 24 hours, please write to shop@hendersonbaracco.com.

The order will be credited to you in Euros
